CMMC Pocket Guide is designed as an offline-first reference app. The app does not require an account and does not intentionally collect, store, or transmit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), compliance evidence, customer system details, assessment artifacts, or organization-specific security data.
The app may store limited information locally on your device, such as pinned/bookmarked references, appearance preferences, and other app settings.
Information Shared With CMDLabs LLC
The current version of the app does not send your bookmarks, searches, preferences, or reference activity to CMDLabs LLC.
If you contact CMDLabs LLC for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, device details, screenshots, or diagnostic information.
Third-Party Services
CMMC Pocket Guide may link to official third-party websites, including government and standards-related sources. Those websites are not controlled by CMDLabs LLC and are governed by their own privacy practices.
Google Play may collect and process app installation, crash, diagnostic, billing, and device-related information according to Google's own policies and your Google account/device settings.
Data Security
CMDLabs LLC designs CMMC Pocket Guide to minimize data collection. You should not enter, store, or send CUI, sensitive customer information, passwords, security evidence, or confidential assessment materials through the app or support channels unless CMDLabs LLC has provided a specific secure process for doing so.

CMMC Pocket Guide is intended for professional and educational reference use and is not directed to children.
